Join a cooking class at the chef’s apartment in the city center of Barcelona. You will learn to cook the famous Spanish tapas with our very welcoming, enthusiastic and easy-going chef.
You will start with a walking tour at the historic market, La Boqueria, where you will choose excellent and fresh products to prepare your tapas. You will familiarize with the ingredients of the spanish cuisine while you visit this famous local market in Barcelona, followed by a practical cooking class of traditional spanish tapas to prepare yourself 3 delicious dishes: Seafood Paella, Spanish omelette and Catalan cream.
This absolutely amazing experience ends with a tasting menu of 12 tapas with excellent wines with denomination of origin, everything served by a waitress in a private dining room. The space is a glimpse of paradise, with tasteful decoration that's almost as good as the food.
The Tasting Menu includes Seafood Paella, Spanish omelette, potatoes "Bravas" with three sauces, assorted Iberian cold cuts, Andalusian fish, Garlic prawns traditional, Traditional croquettes, Manchego cheese, Cantabrian anchovies, Mussels with salsa, Octopus ÔÇ£feiraÔÇØ and Catalan cream. Accompanied by fine wine with denomination of origin, mineral water, beer or Coca-cola.
