Get to know the history of Barcelona, from the Roman era to the 20th century, with a guided tour of the Gothic Quarter and the museum of the famous painter Pablo Picasso.
The guided tour starts from the famous Ramblas de Barcelona , from where we will go to the Plaza Reial, where the old convent of Santa Madrona was located, we will walk to the Plaza de Sant Jaume, the seat of the local government during medieval times and today.
We will walk through narrow and cobbled streets until we reach the Cathedral of Barcelona , where we will find the Plaza del Rey, a unique location and historical center of the county and royal power of the city that it keeps under its feet the remains of what was the Roman city of Barcino.
Next, we will go to the Basilica of Santa María del Mar in the Born neighborhood and then visit the Picasso Museum, which houses the most important collection of the artist's youth and training period. We will make a guided tour in the museum.
