Learn the history of Hungary along the Blue Danube with our Szentendre, Esztergom and Visegrád day trip. We will visit the three most beautiful cities of the Danube Bend and we will return to Budapest aboard a relaxing cruise.
The first stop will be at Esztergom, the former Hungarian capital, where we will visit the largest cathedral in Hungary. After crossing the river to Slovakia you will enjoy the view of the Basilica.
We will continue until Visegrád, from where we will contemplate a fascinating panorama of the Danube valley and we will make a break for lunch (lunch not included in the price).
The third of the cities we will visit will be Szentendre, the Artists' Village or the City of Painters. In Szentendre we will take a walking tour to get to know the historical center and enjoy both the narrow cobblestone streets and the baroque houses. After the visit we will have free time to explore the famous Margit Kovács Ceramics Museum or the Pastry Museum with marzipan figures).
Between May and September, we will return to Budapest by boat, sailing for 1 hour through the Danube, ending the trip on a pier in the center of the city (the boat has stops both on the Pest shore and on the Buddha). In case of low water or flood, and during winter time we return to Budapest by bus.

The boat tour between Szentendre and Budapest will be available from May to September. In the event that the water level is low, the weather conditions are not favorable, during the winter, or for any reason of force majeure, we will return to Budapest by coach (no right to refund is contemplated).

Single payment: The payment of the total amount will be made at the time of booking. Cash payments are not accepted on the day of the visit.
Payment the day of the tour: A first payment of a percentage of the total will be required at the time of booking and the second payment of the remaining amount you will pay at the destination on the day of the activity, in cash or card, as indicated. Please note that only payments in local currency will be accepted (for example in Spain only EUROS will be accepted).
Payment in 2 installments: It will be necessary to pay a first payment of a percentage of the total amount when making the reservation. The second payment of the remaining amount must be made before the day of the activity, on the deadline indicated. In case of reaching this date and the pending amount has not been paid, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid initially will be refunded. Please note that this payment method is applied to reservations whose departure date is more than 30 days from the reservation date. For reservations whose departure date is within the following 30 days, 100% of the amount will be charged at the time of booking.
