We will start the journey with a sightseeing tour to discover the most emblematic monuments of Seville, the University, the Old Tobacco Factory scene of the story of Carmen, Bizet’s famous character, the San Telmo Palace, the Golden Tower, Isabel II Bridge and the Macarena Basilica. You will also discover the Plaza de España, the centrepiece of the 1929 Iberoamerican Exposition.
Next, we will explore one of the most popular and busiest parts of the city: the historic Santa Cruz Quarter.
Santa Cruz is the old Jewish quarter of Seville, where at the time of Fernando III de Castilla the second largest Jewish community in Spain was concentrated.
Be surprised by its typical narrow streets, its squares, its mansions with courtyards filled with flowers, the sparkling fountains and the scent of orange blossom that permeates the air.
We will then continue with a lovely cruise along Guadalquivir River where you can take advantage of this new perspective to view the city. On board we can see first hand the untouched sides of the Golden Tower, the famous Betis street, the Bullring, Triana bridge - the oldest in the city, designed by none other than Gustav Eiffel himself and the more modern bridges and the Pabelions, built during the 1992 Exposition.
Close by also we’ll see the famous Isla de la Cartuja and its Monastery where Cristopher Colombus lived for some years.
