- Please note that in the winter months it is more likely that the cable car is not operational due to weather conditions. If the cable car cannot operate on the day of your tour, you will behold the sunset from one of the viewpoint terraces in the National Park.
- If the trail to the Pico Viejo viewpoint is closed due to ice or snow on the day of your night tour to Mount Teide, you can skip the walk to Pico Viejo and still enjoy the beautiful sunset from La Rambleta.
- If the weather conditions prevent or hinder proper visibility of the sky on the day of your Sunset and Stars on Teide tour, our guides will use audiovisual equipment to give a virtual tour of the night sky, the constellations and prominent objects.

Payment in 2 installments: It will be necessary to pay a first payment of a percentage of the total amount when making the reservation. The second payment of the remaining amount must be made before the day of the activity, on the deadline indicated. In case of reaching this date and the pending amount has not been paid, the reservation will be cancelled and the amount paid initially will be refunded. Please note that this payment method is applied to reservations whose departure date is more than 30 days from the reservation date. For reservations whose departure date is within the following 30 days, 100% of the amount will be charged at the time of booking.
