The guide will pick us up in Bilbao to head towards the interior of Guipúzcoa, passing through the towns of Eibar, Elgoibar and Azkoitia, finally stopping at Loyola. Here we will visit the Sanctuary of Loyola, which dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries, where we can contemplate the spectacular Basilica and see the tower house where the Jesuit Ignatius of Loyola was born.
Bordering the coast through Zumaia, we will reach the town of Getaria, birthplace of Juan Sebastián Elcano. We will enjoy free time to visit this coastal town and see the passage of the Catrapona Arch, the 15th century Gothic church of San Salvador, stroll through its alleys and have a snack in one of the typical bars and restaurants of the port. p>
We will continue the trip passing through Zarauz, the most traditional enclave and tourist reference in Spain since the 19th century. Later, we will arrive at San Sebastián, where we will take a complete tour exploring the old part.
Next, there will be free time for lunch (not included). The guide will inform you of various restaurant and menu possibilities so that you can choose the one you like the most.
In the afternoon, we will take a panoramic view of the city and climb Monte Igueldo to contemplate the spectacular views of the bay.
