We will begin the excursion to the Basque Coast leaving in the morning from the center of Bilbao. Bordering the right bank of the estuary, we will see the towns of Barakaldo, Sestao and Portugalete.
We will stop in Getxo, to see its famous Hanging Bridge, where we will make a brief stop (without access to it).
We will continue our tour passing through the imposing Butron Castle with its 45 meters high and through Mungia. Heading towards the coast, we will arrive at San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, a beautiful hermitage on a rock and surrounded by sea that we will see from a viewpoint.
Continuing along the Basque coast we will stop at the fishing village of Bermeo, where we will visit. Mundaka, our next stop, will be the ideal place to take souvenir photos, taking advantage of the magnificent views of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Finally, we will visit the town of Gernika, with its famous Gathering House and its Tree.
We will begin the return to Bilbao crossing the landscapes of the interior of Bizkaia, arriving at approximately 3:00 p.m.
